Qualifications

• Established relationships across Federal Civilian agencies.
• Experience with proposal development and capture strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, qualification, shaping, pursuit, and conversion of a sustainable Federal pipeline.
• Drive revenue growth while managing margins, backlog, and risk.
• Lead multi-team engagements across consulting, delivery, and partners.
• Shape strategy with capture and proposal leadership and executive reviews.
• Ensure profitability and manage risk in engagements.
