Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Contracts & Negotiations - Federal to own the contract lifecycle from capture to post‑award administration. You will collaborate with executives, BD, capture managers, and delivery teams to structure compliant, competitive government engagements.

You will interface with Government Contracting Officers and agency officials, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and regulatory standards while driving risk‑aware negotiation and contract governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in federal contracts management, subcontracting, or negotiations.
• Direct experience with U.S. government contracts and subcontracts.
• Deep knowledge of FAR (Parts 12 & 15) and DFARS compliance.
• Ability to influence executives and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end negotiation, drafting, administration, and closeout of complex federal contracts.
• Serve as primary contractual authority with Government Contracting Officers and partners.
• Formulate risk strategies to protect company interests while enabling growth.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Delivery teams to resolve disputes.
