Job summary
Jobgether in the United States is seeking an expert-level program and project manager to provide remote, on-call consulting support for federal construction initiatives, spanning project startup, pre-construction planning, and early execution phases.
You will launch baseline schedules, onboard subcontractors, assess risk, configure Procore with workflows and dashboards, train teams, and help standardize PM practices while supporting proposals and pre-construction activities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project/program management in federal construction.
- Experience with MEP coordination and Design-Build/DBB delivery.
- Procore configuration and workflow expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support project startup, baseline schedules, subcontractor onboarding, risk assessments, and project controls.
- Implement and configure Procore including dashboards and training.
- Contribute to proposal development, pre-construction activities, and standardizing PM practices.
