Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking an expert-level program and project manager to provide remote, on-call consulting support for federal construction initiatives, spanning project startup, pre-construction planning, and early execution phases.

You will launch baseline schedules, onboard subcontractors, assess risk, configure Procore with workflows and dashboards, train teams, and help standardize PM practices while supporting proposals and pre-construction activities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project/program management in federal construction.
• Expertise in MEP coordination, Design-Build/DBB delivery, and federal compliance.
• Procore configuration experience and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
• Hourly pay of $83–$93 per hour.
