Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager with Federal build experience to lead construction projects in Utah and beyond. This role requires managing schedules, budgets, submittals, and subcontractor coordination across multiple high-profile federal projects.

The ideal candidate will own technical delivery, handle RFIs, change orders, and maintain project timelines under pressure, with travel and per diem supported. Procore experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Federal construction experience required.
• Experience with FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects under pressure.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from development to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise projects.
• Coordinate with federal clients and subcontractors.
