Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator for a full-time remote role supporting federal contracts across the continental United States. You will oversee design and construction projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with standards.

The role requires coordinating with customers, contractors, and agency personnel, developing scopes of work, and evaluating project requirements to support budgeting and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience estimating construction projects or equivalent.
• Experience supporting design, construction, renovation, or facilities-related projects.
• Ability to travel in support of site visits, inspections, conferences, and meetings.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design and construction projects from planning through occupancy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control project activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Coordinate project activities with customers, contractors, architects, engineers, and agency personnel.
