Job summary

Info Gain Consulting is seeking a Product Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a federal AI engineering program, providing infrastructure and software services to develop AI solutions across enterprise platforms.

The role requires hands-on technical grounding in software development, cloud, and DevOps, coordinating AI, ML, and full-stack work in a joint government-contractor environment. Remote work with occasional site visits in the DC area is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing complex technical / software / cloud programs.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Hands-on coding experience in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development.
• Experience with DevOps, cloud environments, and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate complex programs, policies, and technical initiatives.
• Direct daily staff activities to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with federal stakeholders, teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage backlogs, sprints, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate accessibility and security considerations within development cycles.
