Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience on federal IT modernization.
• Experience leading organizations of 150+ people.
• Proven Agile delivery at scale and EVA/EVMS experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule in Reston, VA and DC area.

Responsibilities

• Own program scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all workstreams.
• Direct a matrixed team across development, security, data, and DevSecOps.
• Lead Phase 2 staffing ramp, hiring, onboarding, and subcontractor management.
• Establish governance with delivery metrics, EVM, and exec reporting.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely deliverable acceptance.
• Champion agentic AI-augmented delivery practices across SDLC.
