Job summary

Collibra Public Sector is seeking an Account Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner for federal customers, driving adoption and value while coordinating with Services and GTM teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will bridge customer mission needs with Collibra solutions, leading cross-functional discussions, managing risk, and guiding onboarding, deployments and renewals to maintain account health and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience in regulated or high-security environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of government hierarchy and operations.
• Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
• U.S. citizen residing on U.S. soil.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned federal accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop long-term relationships and understand clients' strategic goals and impact on business results.
• Align Collibra’s services to customer objectives and support renewals by proving value.
• Map customer mission objectives to product capabilities.
• Provide onboarding guidance and coordinate architecture reviews and design sessions.
• Prepare documentation and briefings for government stakeholders and coordinate roadmap meetings.
• Lead on projects by providing leadership and ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Identify customer risk indicators and work with Sales to mitigate issues.
• Act as primary contact for escalations and provide constructive product feedback to Product Management.
