Job summary

Collibra’s CPS Engagement team seeks a Federal Engagement Manager to oversee delivery for U.S. federal agencies, guiding customers from planning to value realization with Collibra’s data governance platform.

You will manage complex projects, partner with executives, ensure compliance with government standards, and drive adoption and expansion across accounts, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• US citizen residing on US soil.
• 5+ years experience managing services projects for US federal agencies.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Experience with data governance, data management or data quality.
• Knowledge of PaaS, Data Lakes, Databases and integration platforms.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform.
• APIs via Java or Python in Enterprise Linux/Unix environments.
• Data warehousing, ETL, data integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage services delivery across a portfolio of diverse customers / accounts.
• Oversee installation, configuration and implementation of Collibra products and technologies.
• Partner with customers to ensure they quickly understand product functionality and can optimize benefits.
• Lead federal engagements ensuring compliant delivery per CPS processes, methodologies and security standards.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners to ensure successful implementations.
• Identify opportunities to expand Collibra's footprint by aligning capabilities with customer initiatives.
