Coastal-Builders is seeking a remote Facebook Ads & GoHighLevel Specialist to build and optimize local service campaigns. You will map Facebook lead forms to LeadConnector, embed self-scheduling calendars, and craft follow-up automation to speed appointments.

The role focuses on ROI, pipeline integration, and reducing no-shows with timely reminders and structured reporting. This is a contract/freelance engagement with ongoing monthly retainer based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running Meta Ads for home services, contractors, or remodeling businesses.
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) / LeadConnector workflows, pipelines, and calendar configurations.
• Knowledge of local compliance requirements (A2P 10DLC) and related advertising policies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Management: Launch targeted Facebook/Instagram campaigns for the local service area with radius/ZIP targeting.
• Ad Creative & Copy: Develop high-converting ad copy and visual assets from photos, videos, and reviews.
• Lead Qualification: Configure GoHighLevel/LeadConnector to ensure qualified leads are captured and routed.
