Responsibilities

• Implement trusted tracking from click to call, booked appointment, sale (GA4, Tag Manager, offline conversions).
• Maintain a weekly scoreboard: spend, CPL, booked appointments, and changes.
• Develop landing pages and follow-up automations to convert clicks into appointments.
• Assist in SEO and Google Business Profile to win free leads and improve visibility.

Job description

ON-SITE JOB IN FRESNO, CALIFORNIA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE, HYBRID, OR WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION.

You will work in our Fresno office every day, Monday through Friday. You must already live in the Fresno/Clovis area or within a reasonable daily commute. Remote requests and applications from outside California will not be considered, and those resumes will not be reviewed. We do not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience personally running paid Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram lead‑generation campaigns is mandatory. Applicants who do not meet the 5-year minimum will not be reviewed. No interns, recent graduates, or career changers, please.

Digital Lead Generation Manager (Google and Facebook Ads)

We don't need another agency. We need someone who owns the leads.

Infinite Roofing is a Central Valley roofing company and a 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. Our sales team can close. What we need is a steady, predictable flow of homeowners calling and filling out forms. We're hiring one person, in the building every day, to take full ownership of our Google and Facebook lead generation.

This is NOT:

• A social media manager job. Posting pretty pictures isn't the work.
• A remote job. You'll sit next to the people working your leads.
• A strategy-deck job. You build the campaigns, run them, and answer for the numbers.

What you'll own:

• Google Ads (Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max): build, run, and optimize the account
• Facebook/Instagram lead ads: audiences, creative testing, lead forms, retargeting
• Tracking you can trust, from click to call, booked appointment, and sale (GA4, Tag Manager, offline conversions, call tracking)
• A weekly scoreboard: spend, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and what you're changing next
• Landing pages and follow-up automations that turn clicks into appointments
• SEO and Google Business Profile, so we win the free leads too
• Using AI tools to write ad copy, make creative, and build reports faster than an agency can

You must have (all required, no exceptions):

• MANDATORY: 5+ years running paid Google and Facebook lead-gen campaigns yourself, with results you can show us. Less than 5 years = your application will not be reviewed.
• At least 2 years of lead-gen experience in home services or the trades (roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, plumbing)
• Comfort being judged on cost per lead and booked appointments, not likes and impressions
• A working knowledge of SEO and practical AI marketing tools

Nice to have:

CRM experience (GoHighLevel or similar), call tracking, and ads that follow Special Ad Category rules for home services.

Pay:

$60,000 base plus a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000, paid on booked appointments and hitting cost-per-lead targets. That's up to $72,000 a year.
