Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation for our clients. You’ll own campaigns, test creatives, and optimize the funnel from click to conversion across campaigns and landing pages.

You’ll partner with content creators, monitor CPL and Lead-to-Booking rates, and report monthly on performance. This remote role fits someone who thrives in a small agency and values ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• High level of ownership and clear communication.
• Proven ability to develop creative strategies and guide content creators.
• Experience thriving in a small agency team.
• Strong paid media knowledge with proven targets.
• Ability to work within UK business hours.
• Broad digital marketing understanding for a small, agile team.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and Basecamp PM.

Responsibilities

• Scale paid social campaigns to fill client open days.
• Maintain and optimize cost per lead within target ranges.
• Improve Lead-to-Booking rate through funnel analysis.
• Conduct competitive research to stay market leaders.
• Test new creative concepts with content creators.
• A/B test landing pages to maximize conversions.
• Provide detailed monthly optimizations and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy with server-side tracking tools.
