Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer to join our team. You will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients, manage your own pipeline, convert leads, and close high-value policies.

You will have at least 10 warm leads per day, the flexibility to broker outside Farmers for pricing objections, and the potential to grow into leadership roles. Expect $50K+ in monthly premiums and $200K+ annual earnings for top performers.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license.
• Proven track record producing $50K+ monthly premiums.
• Minimum 3-5 years of high-level insurance sales experience.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal oriented.
• Comfortable working fully remote with virtual meetings and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Business Insurance
• Manage, grow, and convert your personal sales pipeline
