Farmers Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer to join our team. The ideal candidate regularly achieves $50K+ in monthly premiums and targets $200K+ annually, with the flexibility to work fully remote and manage a personal pipeline.

You will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance, nurture client relationships, and utilize CRM systems to track leads and performance. Opportunities exist for leadership as you grow with the district.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license.
• Proven track record producing $50K+ monthly premiums.
• Minimum 3-5 years of high-level insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working fully remote with virtual meetings and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Manage, grow, and convert your personal sales pipeline.
• Close high-value insurance policies and meet premium goals ($50K+/month).
• Maintain client relationships and retention.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
• Participate in remote training and ongoing development programs.
• Broker business outside of Farmers when needed to meet client needs.
