Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dairy science, agribusiness, veterinary medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience providing consulting, advisory, training, or coaching in the dairy industry.
• Experience with large-scale dairy operations and robotic milking systems.
• Experience interpreting herd performance data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• Spanish-language proficiency is preferred.
• Experience presenting and advising stakeholders at all levels of dairy operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Lely Centers and dairy producers on farm performance and profitability.
• Train and support Lely Centers in Farm Management Support programs and best practices.
• Evaluate robotic dairy operations through herd data and performance metrics.
• Develop actionable recommendations and improvement plans for customers.
• Support adoption of Milking, Feeding, Manure, and Digital Solutions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth.
• Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and training events for producers and centers.
• Build relationships with industry advisors and researchers to promote robotic dairy practices.
• Provide regular progress reports on center development, farm trends, and actions.
• Contribute to development of farm management content, tools, and sales support materials.
