Job summary

Lely North America is seeking a Sr. Farm Management Support Advisor for large-scale dairy operations in the Western USA.

The role focuses on consulting, training, and coaching Centers and producers to improve farm performance, profitability, and end-user outcomes. The position requires extensive travel (60%+ domestically/internationally) and the ability to develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and training events for producers and Centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in dairy-related field.
• Minimum of five years advising in the dairy industry.
• Experience with large-scale dairy operations and robotic milking systems.
• Spanish-language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor focusing on farm performance, herd management, labor efficiency, and profitability.
• Train and support Centers in Farm Management Support programs and best practices.
• Evaluate robotic dairy operations via analysis of herd data and performance metrics.
• Develop actionable recommendations and improvement plans aligned with customer goals.
• Support adoption and optimization of Milking, Feeding, Manure, and Digital Solutions.
• Collaborate with Centers and regional managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
