CCOF seeks a Farm Certification Specialist to join our Farm certification team and provide technical and customer service to certified farm operations and new applicants. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States and reports to the Farm Certification Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance for agricultural operations or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage busy workloads and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports and mid-year updates for farm clients to evaluate compliance with USDA NOP and standards.
• Provide technical assistance on regulatory topics and guide clients through the certification process.
• Maintain accurate client data in CCOF's database and document audit trails.
• Communicate outcomes clearly to clients via email, phone, or meetings.
