Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. seeks a Family Services Specialist - Processor to advocate for families and manage eligibility for School Readiness, VPK, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start.

This full-time, telecommute role supports CCR&R services and accurate data entry in the Statewide Data System, with initial in-person work in Palm Springs, FL. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in eligibility or CCR&R.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot tech issues.
• Tech-savvy with CRM software and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine childcare eligibility through online application reviews.
• Provide CCR&R services to families.
• Advocate for families and assess needs via interviews and paperwork for eligibility and enrollment.
• Assist families with child developmental screenings.
• Monitor queues to meet timelines for applications, renewals, and case updates.
• Respond to information requests within designated timeframes while maintaining confidentiality.
