Job summary

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Facility Outreach Manager for Southern California. This remote role focuses on advocating within the NEMT system, training facilities on using NEMT services, and building strong relationships with nursing homes, clinics, and other providers.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), coordination of outreach strategies, and leadership to develop effective action plans. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in relevant roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five+ years of member service, transportation service, UR Manager in a health plan, or social worker experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities, Medicaid guidelines and covered services.

Responsibilities

• Advocates within the NEMT system and promotes strong relationships with facilities.
• Provides in-service training to facilities on how to use NEMT services and coordinates outreach.
• Drives outreach programs, analyzes data, and manages stakeholder relations.
