CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Facility Outpatient Auditor - ED, SDS, OBS, I&I to work remotely from the United States. The role requires certification through AHIMA or AAPC and experience auditing outpatient documentation for coding accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be AHIMA or AAPC certified; RHIA/RHIT may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years coding/auditing in outpatient or facility settings.
• Experience with telecommuting and EMR systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrospective analysis of medical records to identify coding errors.
• Provide second-level review of diagnosis and procedure codes for compliance.
• Respond to inquiries on denials, documentation, and coding guidance.
• Prepare deliverables for coders and report progress to management.
