Qualifications

• 3+ years of outpatient facility coding experience.
• 3+ years of auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of medical coding and billing systems, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues related to medical coding and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Audit outpatient coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Review diagnoses, CPT, HCPCS, and NCCI edits.
• Maintain detailed documentation and examples of root cause issues.
• Educate clients on coding requirements and findings.
• Assist in development of executive summaries and client training materials.
