Qualifications

• Coding accreditation required within 18 months of hire.
• Demonstrates motivation, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assigns ICD‑10‑CM and CPT codes based on health care record documentation.
• Reviews health information data for patient care and financial purposes.
• Maintains confidentiality of health information.
