Job summary

HearingLife is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee nationwide office relocations, vendor coordination, and remediation projects. You will partner with the Real Estate team to resolve insurance claims, approve service orders, and ensure HIPAA/ADA compliance while traveling up to 10%.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project management, a customer-service mindset, and strong communication skills. Open to remote work with the HearingLife platform across the country.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or three years of operational management experience.
• Must have project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Familiar with work request ticketing systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office relocations and closures across the HearingLife platform nationwide.
• Coordinate with external vendors (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, locksmiths, roofers, handymen, landscapers).
• Work with Real Estate to resolve insurance claims and oversee remediation to completion.
• Review and approve service orders and manage travel to job sites (up to 10%).
• Communicate policies and SOPs; ensure HIPAA, ADA, health and safety compliance.
