Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead enterprise-level facilities management across a large restaurant portfolio. You will align facilities strategy with operational performance, brand standards, and asset management while reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, foster safe operations, and lead a multi-level team of managers and technicians to ensure uptime and cost efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management or related operations.
• Experience managing facilities in a multi-unit, geographically dispersed environment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, vendors, and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term facilities strategy aligned with operations, brand standards, and asset reliability.
• Oversee budgets, maintenance spending, capital expenditures, and cost forecasting.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with operational needs.
• Build and coach a high-performing facilities organization and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
