Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Facilities Director, DS to oversee remote facilities operations for clients in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will lead facilities teams, align staffing and budgets with business priorities, and drive compliance and efficiency in regulated environments.

The role is remote within the United States and offers a compensation package of $165,000–$185,000 annually. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of facilities leadership experience and a background in GMP-regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–12 years experience or equivalent.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, and employee retention.
• Leadership in facilities management in regulated environments.
• Strong GMP-regulated operations and environmental health and safety knowledge.
• Budget management and vendor relationships experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities management teams, ensuring training and development.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, mentor staff for operational excellence.
• Align staffing and resources with client strategic plans and operational priorities.
• Manage budgets and capital planning for asset lifecycle initiatives and infrastructure investments.
• Develop action plans to enhance financial performance and operational efficiencies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
• Drive compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and improve service delivery standards.
