Ladders is seeking a Facilities Director, DS to oversee remote facilities operations for clients in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will lead facilities teams, align staffing and budgets with business priorities, and drive compliance and efficiency in regulated environments.

The role is remote within the United States and offers a compensation package of $165,000–$185,000 annually. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of facilities leadership experience and a background in GMP-regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–12 years experience or equivalent.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, and employee retention.
• Leadership in facilities management in regulated environments.
• Strong GMP-regulated operations and environmental health and safety knowledge.
• Budget management and vendor relationships experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organization.

For our client, we are seeking a Facilities Director, DS to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee facilities operations for a remote environment, with a strong emphasis on team leadership, service delivery, and operational discipline. The position will partner closely with clients and stakeholders to align staffing, budgets, and resource planning with business priorities. The right candidate will bring experience in regulated environments and a proven ability to improve efficiency, compliance, and the performance of facilities teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities
