Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor to support sustainment of large campus facilities by evaluating RPIE data. You will input and validate data with tablets, generate reports, and develop maintenance strategies for federal sites.

This remote role requires travel to multiple worksites nationwide. Applicants should have strong communication and analytical skills, experience in construction or maintenance, and be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in construction or maintenance sectors.
• Eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1).
• High school diploma required.
• Military background in construction or facilities management encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visual assessments of RPIE to judge operating efficiency and life expectancy.
• Enter and validate facility data using tablets and software.
• Ensure data accuracy with regular updates and reports.
• Create inventory condition reports for new facilities in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet project goals.
• Adhere to industry and company standards.
