Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor to join our team. You will assess and manage data for large campuses, developing repair and maintenance strategies that impact the quality of federal facilities.

The role offers remote work across the continental United States with travel to multiple worksites. You will input data via tablets, generate reports, and collaborate with diverse teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is required.
• Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation).
• High school diploma required.
• Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to evaluate operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy.
• Input, validate, and maintain facility data using proprietary software on computers or tablets.
• Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for new client portfolio facilities.
• Ensure data accuracy through updates, validations, and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to industry and company standards.
