Job summary

Kinect Solar LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to oversee facility onboarding, operational support, and corporate compliance functions across our locations. This role will streamline setup, manage insurance and COIs, and handle monthly lease and accounting tasks.

You will partner with operations and HR to staff facilities, work with vendors, and ensure adherence to ASC 842 lease accounting and reporting requirements while supporting leadership with calendar and

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in admin, operations, or accounting support roles.
• Understanding of general ledger accounting and journal entries (ASC 842 preferred).
• Proven vendor management and compliance documentation skills (COIs).
• Strong organizational skills with independent task prioritization.
• Experience using NetSuite for transaction entries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility setup and operational support for new sites.
• Review and approve monthly utility invoices across locations.
• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor service providers.
• Coordinate staffing with HR and onboard temporary operational personnel.
• Assist leadership with scheduling customer site visits and executive travel.
