Job summary

Kinect Solar is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Specialist to oversee facility onboarding, compliance, and related accounting tasks. The role will manage COIs, lease liabilities, insurance documentation, and vendor coordination across locations.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in admin/ops/accounting support, experience with NetSuite, ASC 842, and strong organizational skills to support executives and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrative, operational, or accounting support roles.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with vendor management and COIs.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong organization and ability to support executive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility onboarding and maintenance per site requirements.
• Collect and manage COIs for warehouse partners and vendors.
• Maintain ASC 842 lease liabilities and post monthly journal entries.
• Oversee insurance documentation and liaise with insurer collaborators.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks and travel arrangements.
