Job summary
Cognizant seeks a Lead Facets Product Consultant to deliver deep Facets expertise and drive solution design for healthcare payers. You will guide configuration architecture, lead discovery workshops, and map business needs to scalable Facets solutions across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, and ITS.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and client teams in a remote USA setting, advancing auto-adjudication strategies, performance improvements, and governance across delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments.
- Proven experience as a Facets SME, Product Consultant, Functional Lead, or Design Specialist.
- Strong expertise across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, and ITS functionality.
- Deep understanding of Facets configuration architecture and claims adjudication processing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Facets SME and trusted advisor for core Facets applications.
- Lead requirements discovery and design sessions translating business needs into scalable Facets solutions.
- Develop roadmaps to optimized future-state architecture with best practices and performance improvements.
- Provide advanced analysis and root-cause identification for complex configuration challenges.
- Partner with business/technical teams to implement solutions across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, and ITS.
- Support Facets ITS initiatives and enterprise healthcare environments.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery models to ensure project success.
