Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Facets Product and Benefits Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design, configure, and implement healthcare product configurations within the Facets platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant benefit solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, test scenario development, and production support for benefit updates, with a strong focus on payer lines such as Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare payer, with Facets configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefit design: copays, deductibles, OOP max, accumulators.
• Experience documenting requirements and supporting end-to-end testing.
• Ability to translate business/regulatory requirements into Facets configurations.
• Experience across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid payer lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into Facets configurations.
• Design healthcare products, benefit structures, accumulators, cost-sharing models.
• Configure and validate Facets components ensuring quality and scalability.
• Collaborate across claims, pricing, networks, eligibility, and downstream systems.
• Develop test scenarios and validate outcomes for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, OOP maxes.
