Job summary

Tegria is seeking a Facets Configuration Analyst to design, configure, test, and maintain the Facets core claims processing system. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, operations, and IT to translate requirements into configurations supporting health plan administration and billing workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare payer experience, Facets platform knowledge, and the ability to analyze complex processes to implement effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience with the TriZetto Facets platform including modules such as Benefits, Claims, Provider, Products, Eligibility, Pricing.
• Experience with Facets configuration and healthcare payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Facets modules including benefits, providers, products, contracts, pricing, claims, and eligibility.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed configuration specifications.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, developers, and operations teams for accurate system implementations.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and validation activities for system accuracy and compliance.
