Pavago is seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to own campaigns from strategy and setup through ongoing optimization. You’ll manage performance, audiences, budgets, testing, and reporting while collaborating with the marketing team to improve results.

This remote, full-time role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, attribution settings, and a disciplined approach to testing and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven hands-on experience planning and running Facebook ad campaigns.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing ad budgets and being accountable for performance results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify trends.

Aufgaben

• Design and build Facebook ad campaigns from the ground up.
• Align targeting, creative direction, and budget allocation with business objectives.
• Set up, launch, and actively manage Facebook campaigns.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance on an ongoing basis.
• Research, build, and refine audience segments using custom audiences and lookalikes.
• Track key metrics and analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Brief and review ad creatives and copy with the marketing team.
• Ensure assets are optimized for placement and objective.
• Manage daily and monthly ad spend and adjust bids to meet targets.
• Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
