Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance cash related to collections and disputes.
• Interact with customers via calls and emails to collect past-due amounts.
• Lead governance calls with Country/Regional Financial Managers.
• Drive process improvements (Lean Six Sigma) and issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA/KPI tracking and effective backup structures.
