Job summary

Genpact seeks a Sr. Specialist in F&A R2R to own end-to-end close processes, including GL, journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS in a global environment.

Lead a team of accountants and finance analysts, coordinate with auditors, and drive process improvements and automation. This remote role supports a fast-moving, innovation-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with R2R, GL, intercompany, fixed assets and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end R2R process including journal entries, GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Lead and develop a team of accountants/finance analysts (onshore/offshore).
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams during reviews.
• Maintain chart of accounts and oversee month-end/year-end close activities.
