Job summary

Europa Eyewear is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue, expand distribution, and build partnerships for its 11 independent brands. Based remotely with a base in Vernon Hills, IL, you’ll manage a territory like a small business, train customers, and conduct trunk shows to boost sell-through.

You’ll enjoy uncapped earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to represent premium, American‑made eyewear products while traveling up to 100% across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to lift and transport sample bags (25 lbs).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including minimum of 2 overnight stays a week.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.
• W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute a call plan with a 4–12 week rotation across accounts.
• Maintain in-store presence through merchandising and updated POP materials.
• Leverage reporting, training tools, samples, and technology to manage the business.
• Build and strengthen relationships across customer accounts.
• Conduct product training sessions to align with brand messaging.
• Grow existing accounts and prospect new business opportunities.
• Represent Europa at local, regional, and national trade shows.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
