Job summary

Europa Eyewear, based in Vernon Hills, IL, seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue, expand distribution, and deliver outstanding service across accounts. You will execute brand strategies while maintaining high standards in training, merchandising, and productivity.

This full-time remote position requires extensive travel, with compensation driven by base pay plus commissions; Europa provides comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to lift and transport sample bags (25 lbs).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute an effective call plan with a 4–12 week rotation across accounts.
• Maintain in-store presence through merchandising and updated POP materials.
• Leverage reporting, training tools, samples, and technology to drive performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships across all levels within customer accounts.
• Conduct product training sessions to align with brand messaging and maximize sell-through.
• Grow existing accounts while prospecting and converting new opportunities.
• Represent Europa at trade shows and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Plan trunk shows and in-office events to drive consumer engagement and sales.
