Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as baseline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Teams or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Place students in externships and drive transition from classwork to externships.
• Provide guidance on externship placement and overcome obstacles.
• Build and maintain employer, nonprofit, government, and community partnerships.
• Support department leadership with reporting and data for meetings.
• Collaborate with career advisors to support student career goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
