Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Manager, Career Services to coach and develop teams responsible for guiding students and alumni toward career opportunities. You will lead communications, forecast staffing needs, and build relationships with employers and UMA alumni to improve placement outcomes.

Fully remote with occasional onsite travel. Anticipated starting salary ranges from $75,400 to $80,000 USD, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and quality in daily interviews, hires, placements.
• Manage communication, forecasting, and support for UMA's current students, graduating students, and alumni.
• Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, and employers.
• Lead regular coaching sessions and one-on-one development for team members.
• Foster a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement.
