Lincoln Financial Group in the United States is seeking an External Wholesaler for Retirement Plan Services to develop and implement sales plans in the southern Texas territory. This remote role emphasizes building senior-level relationships with financial firms and delivering Lincoln's product breadth.

You will collaborate with internal teams to process sales from offer to issuance, meet sales targets, and manage territory budgets while leveraging Lincoln's incentive programs and benefits

Formación

• 3–5 years' external sales experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, L&H.
• Must reside in sales territory.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and directs complex relationship platforms with senior contacts.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing from sale to issuance.
• Conducts firm meetings to achieve sales targets and sponsorship opportunities.
• Develops understanding of targeted firms and value propositions.
• Maintains a comprehensive external sales program to grow revenue and market share.
• Meets or exceeds department and sales targets and manages territory budgets.
• Supports cross-sell across Lincoln's product lines.
