Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, paid social media, digital channels or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing social or digital channel strategies.
• Experience managing content publishing and distribution across social and digital platforms.
• Experience using audience, social listening or performance insights to inform decisions.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead external channel strategy and activation across newsroom, social and other owned digital channels.
• Develop channel plans translating priorities into external activation.
• Recommend channels, formats, timing and distribution for priority stories.
• Manage publishing, distribution and amplification of content.
• Monitor audience behavior, sentiment and channel performance.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for communications teams.
