Job summary

Resnick Roofing & Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee roofing, siding, and solar installation crews, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, maintain daily CRM updates, conduct site visits, monitor quality, and provide timely reports to the Manager, Field Operations.

POSITON TYPE: Full Time

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Availability Monday thru Saturday
• Adopt and utilize CRM for all customer data entry, communication, scheduling, and proposals
• Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned customers once materials become available through project completion
• Coordinate project logistics with dedicated Project Coordinator
• “Kick-off” new projects giving clear and concise direction to subcontracting partner team leaders
• Conduct project check-ins and site visits with customers and subcontractor teams throughout the day
• Manage final inspections and checklists
• Oversee roofing & siding teams to ensure best practices are being adhered to and that cleanup and jobsite organization is held at the highest level
• Manage solar installations from start to completion
• Serve as the subcontracting team’s first point of contact for issues in the field
• Manage quality control on all assigned projects
• Provide guidance and oversight regarding punch list completion and project closeout
• Report elevated customer or project concerns directly to the Manager, Field Operations
• Complete end-of-day follow up on all active projects, whether completed or in progress, to review status and progress updates and ensure the CRM reflects accurate end-of-day project status
• Full control and oversight of assigned teams on the production calendar, with an expectation that all scheduling details and statuses remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• All return trips and punch list items must be fully completed prior to the start of the next project once the final inspection has been completed.
• Ensure all required daily photos including before photos, after photos, wood/decking photos, and completion photos are uploaded within CompanyCam
• Check in daily with subcontractor teams regarding timeline and projected completion dates
• Communicate updated timelines to homeowners when projects extend beyond one day
• Drop off materials at job sites throughout day
• Hand out “pardon our noise” door knockers at job start to surrounding neighbors
• Provide daily and weekly reporting to the Manager, Field Operations
