Agile Space Industries, Inc. is hiring an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts to manage ITAR/EAR compliance, classifying items, and negotiating export terms.

You will partner across programs, engineering, operations, and legal to translate complex regulations into practical processes that enable agile, compliant growth in aerospace. Remote or onsite work is supported with a focus on US-based operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, supply chain, engineering, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in export controls, trade compliance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements and their application to contracts and data.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with export-control terms.
• Experience with DDTC, BIS, and export licensing.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate to practical processes.

Aufgaben

• Review contracts and business arrangements to identify export-control obligations and risks.
• Negotiate terms addressing export-control clauses and flow-downs with customers and suppliers.
• Assess proposed contract language and develop practical alternatives.
• Ensure export-control requirements are incorporated into agreements and communicated to internal teams and suppliers.
• Support audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Embed compliance requirements into day-to-day business activities.
