Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in experience or product strategy.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape client experiences by becoming an expert in brand, business, customers, market and competition.
• Synthesize research into actionable strategies and guidelines.
• Lead development of materials and frameworks and present to executives.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product, CX and business leads.
• Mentor strategists or associates and help scale the offering.
