• Proven success in embedded product pods or agile teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for synthesizing data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in regulated industries or direct-to-consumer markets.
• Understanding commercial outcomes related to consumer experience.

Responsibilities

• Map the consumer journey to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Apply a consumer-first lens to enhance the user experience.
• Define and prioritize experience-related problems for the product pod.
• Synthesize data from various sources to develop actionable insights.
• Track market benchmarks to guide experience differentiation.
• Own reports on funnel health and consumer journey metrics.
