Job summary

AnswerLab, LLC is seeking an Experience Design Lead to translate research insights and strategy into tangible, experience concepts and prototypes. You will collaborate with strategists and researchers to shape solutions for leading clients and help bring journeys to life across complex service ecosystems.

In a startup-paced environment, you will contribute to client engagements from research through design delivery, create journey maps, blueprints, and prototypes, and shape tools and practices

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in experience design, service design, UX design, or product design within consulting, agency, or product environments.
• Translate insights and strategy into clear experience concepts and visual artifacts.
• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or similar deliverables.
• Mastery of manual design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Experience with prompt-based design tools.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers, strategists, and product leaders.

Responsibilities
