Job summary

GSW is seeking an Experience Design Supervisor to lead design across digital and experiential channels for healthcare campaigns. You will guide Experience Designers, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, brand standards, accessibility, and audience needs.

You will oversee concept to execution, collaborate with UX, tech, copy, and strategy teams, and mentor talent while adapting to evolving tools and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital design or related creative disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, VR/AR, and emergent channels.
• Ability to translate brand identities into interactive experiences and campaigns.
• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and experiential solutions for HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
• Envision and develop intuitive interactions across web, mobile, VR/AR, and emergent platforms.
• Create concepts, prototypes, animations, storyboards and presentations for teams.
• Translate brand hallmarks and typography into digital media executions.
• Partner with UX, developers, copy, strategists, and account teams to ensure executable, accessible designs.
• Test features, review functionality, and iterate based on feedback.
• Present design work clearly, explaining ideas, interactions, and user value.
