Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking an Experience Design Supervisor to lead and mentor a team creating digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms for healthcare audiences.

You will partner with UX, technology, copy, strategy, and account teams to translate brand strategy into intuitive experiences while maintaining accessibility and brand standards. A strong portfolio and leadership background are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital design or experience design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience mentoring designers and guiding team development.
• Ability to translate brand identity into interactive experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and digital craft.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, VR/AR and emergent channels.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and experiential solutions aligned with healthcare campaigns for HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
• Envision and develop intuitive, scalable interactions across web, mobile, VR/AR, and emerging platforms.
• Create concepts, prototypes, animations, storyboards, and presentations for teams.
• Translate brand hallmarks into digital media executions.
• Collaborate with UX, developers, copy, strategists, and account teams to ensure executable ideas.
• Test features, review functionality, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Present work clearly, explaining ideas, interactions, user value, and campaign role.
• Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines, strategy, and creative standards.
• Mentor leadership to support career growth and talent development.
• Assign tasks and manage workloads to deliver high-quality results.
• Contribute to strategic discussions connecting creativity, technology, audience behavior, and business needs.
• Adapt to evolving healthcare, tech, and regulatory considerations.
